As the 1st African American in her corporate org to lead transformation initiatives as an expat & a NZ world medalist, Denise supports leaders to create breakthrough results from challenge and change.During her 20-year corporate career, Denise led multiple teams to breakthrough levels of performance in the pharma and consulting sectors including as Global Head of Sustainable Development, Integration Lead for Commercial Operations in Latin America, Finance Integration Lead for Global Industrial Operations, and Head of Finance for Oceania. Her track record as a go-to execution specialist and business partner includes:

-> Ensuring business continuity for a $350M global manufacturing site in the Caribbean post acquisition
-> Performance turnaround of a $550M organization to exceed financial targets after 3 years of underperformance
->Transforming a subsidiary slated for closure to the #1 position in its market segment thereby securing company value and employee livelihoods

Denise honed her transformational leadership working worldwide with colleagues across the value chain including as an expat in New Zealand, Australia, France, and the Caribbean. With a keen understanding of the power of personal fulfilment as a key component of healthy high performance in work, she developed her love of outrigger canoeing to a competitive level becoming a masters’ World medalist for New Zealand at the age of 41, one of the most enriching experiences of her life.

In 2021, Denise leaned full-time into her expertise as a business partner and transformation specialist by obtaining an Advanced Certification in Executive Coaching and launching Two Rivers Meeting, LLC. Her clients include leaders [at all levels] and organizations in the for-profit, non-profit, governmental, and small business sectors, and are diverse generationally, culturally, and geographically.
