Helping Leaders, Organizations and Teams TransformI am an ICF credentialed PCC who provides executive and leadership coaching. Prior to changing profession to be a full-time coach and consultant, I had more than 25 years of professional experience in senior leadership position in information technology (IT) and Health Information Management. I have a long history of helping organizations and the people within those organizations achieve goals they felt were beyond their reach. I combine proven, real world experience with the education and training to help my clients thrive. My experience includes working with large corporations, small to mid-size companies, and federal, state and local government.

Some of the unique characteristics I bring to my coaching practice includes coaching skills and techniques combined with yoga practices, neuroleadership knowledge, and leadership experience in my coaching practice. (Don’t worry, I won’t ask you to stand on your head.) My education includes a BS in Psychology, and completion of the Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown University (co-hort 28). In 2018, I completed the Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroleadership through the NeuroLeadership Institute to expand my understanding of the core concepts underpinning the field of NeuroLeadership.
