Experienced executive in financial services and healthcare industriesMarcel runs a boutique consulting firm that provides consulting, executive coaching and interim management solutions (especially for C-level and board-level clients).

Marcel spent many years with BCG (Boston Consulting Group) and Accenture, primarily advising companies in the financial institutions and healthcare sectors (but also serving clients in a variety of other sectors). The focus of his project work was on strategy, business development and organizational issues as well as efficiency/operations programs. Marcel also held several key internal positions (Recruiting, People & Business Development).

Previously, Marcel worked as a co-founder of two start-up companies (internet and professional services) and was a visiting scholar at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

Marcel spent a lot of time on international assignments in North and South America, Europe and Asia. He currently lives in Switzerland and has a permanent residence in Singapore.
