She came to Dubai to teach at the Higher Colleges of Technology in 1995. Once she completed an MSc in Training and Development from Leister University in 2000, she decided to go back into corporate and became a Learning and Development Manager.

Donna held several senior regional Learning and Development management positions in the UAE for 6 years. She has worked in Industry, Banking, Engineering/Construction, Media and Retail. During that time, she has developed and implemented e-learning programs and performance management/appraisal programs, was responsible for leadership development training for 400+ managers, and has managed budgets in excess of AED 4 million.

She is an accredited Certified Coactive Professional Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. Donna also has a 6seconds EQ training certification and is certified to deliver and debrief the 6seconds EQ psychometric profile.

Since 2009, Donna has been a freelance coach and training consultant. In May 2013, Donna co-founded WLP Success, a boutique leadership training and coaching company.
