As a transformation and leadership coach I work with individuals & teams to help them discover their innate awesomeness to make mindful life transitions and be the HERO of their lifeI don’t know what compelled me to do so, but I’d often scribble the phrase ‘all the people’ in running hand through my growing years. I was always a good listener, the confidante, ‘builder-upper’ and the go-to person, for my friends and family. My intuition for seeing their inner beingness was strong and in doing so, I inspired several of them in their moments of vulnerability, to mindfully see the best in themselves and have the courage to emerge stronger and happier. I realised that such interactions always gave me an immense sense of fulfilment.

When the proverbial mid-life milestone arrived, I wistfully looked back at my over 30 years of work experience in marketing and sales functions across a variety of Indian and International organisations, and felt the urgent need for pay back and change. I took action on my adolescent doodling of touching ‘all the people’ and became a professional coach after training with Peter J. Reding, MBA, MCC, from Coach for Life, USA – my GURU! I also trained at Coach to Transformation, India, under the tutelage of Rajat Garg, MCC. And, I embraced the roller coaster ride of entrepreneurship to form ETC India that has a purpose of ‘Building Mindful Winning Careers & Teams’. I am now an ACC Coach with close to 500 hours of coaching. I am also a certified practitioner for Neuro Linguistic Programming, Extended DISC and STRONG.

I serve on the board of ICF Mumbai Chapter as Director Communications, and am an active industry patron volunteering and initiating events, training and corporate engagements. I train & facilitate in areas like leadership, team building, speech, business communication and sales management. I graduated in Economics and Statistics at Elphinstone College, Mumbai and did post graduate study in Advertising & Marketing at Xaviers Institute of Communications and MBA in Marketing at IBS, Mumbai. Last but not the least, I enjoyed my role as a mother, partnering my husband in parenting our daughter and son.
