Tracy is a PCC, Coaching Supervisor, Mentor Coach & ICF Assessor. She is a trainer of coaching and coaching supervision & is an official observer for one of the UK’s leading ACTPs.

Tracy is an Executive Coach, leadership development designer & facilitator working with a wide range of Global organisations. Drawing on her broad experience over the last two decades, Tracy works with business leaders, executives & leaders to support professional & personal development.

Tracy started as a teacher and translator in Spain for six years. She then moved into the corporate sector, developing a highly successful career in International Operations, Project Management & Quality Consultancy. Tracy held senior leadership positions within EMEA Operations for Bank of America, International Operations for Lloyds Register Quality Assurance & Quality Consultancy for American Express, EMEA.

Since 1997, Tracy has worked within the field of leadership development & has worked with many clients including Goldman Sachs, Greene King, BMW, Amnesty International, Nokia, Fuji Bank, Legal & General, BP, Ford, GSK, ABN AMRO, Standard Chartered, Unilever.

Tracy spends half her time developing leaders’ own coaching capability as a core leadership competence & the other half to the development of the coaching profession & the coaching community. She works with people both psychologically & behaviourally to tap into their full performance potential.

In addition to her corporate work, Tracy works in schools, teaching coaching, non-verbal intelligence & communication skills to teachers, students & parents. She lead a successful language teaching research project on accelerated learning & motivation & delivers a “Leaders of the Future” programme at one of the UK’s foremost co-educational Independent schools.
Rate: $250-499 per hour
