Seasoned and experienced Executive coach with international credentials.I have a deep passion and belief in the ability of every human being to transform in whatever area of their life they chose to do the work. My life story has been one of re-invention and my career as an Executive coach is a reflection of this belief and passion.

I have a strong business and leadership development background and thrive when working with the emergent. The inherent challenges and opportunities in my own corporate career enabled me to become astute in the navigation of the corporate environment. The building and leveraging of successful relationships in the workplace is a key contributor to business success and effective leadership. I am experienced in the often difficult process of building skills that are needed to remain authentic whilst coping with the demands of the fast paced business environment.
As a coach, I partner with my clients on their executive journey, together building essential leadership competencies that support them in the alignment and achievement of both own and business goals. I act as a soundboard, a thinking and accountability partner.

My areas of expertise include Emotional Intelligence, Communication and Relationships, Self Management and Presence through Somatic experience, Building collaboration and Influence and navigating transitions. The Enneagram of Personality is often a key part of my coaching programme as it provides deep insight for my client and myself and maps out key development areas. I have used the Enneagram with great success for my personal Development and that of many of my clients.

Organisations are being called upon to transform in response to the prevailing climate of Vulnerability, Uncertainty, Chaos and Ambiguity (VUCA) and I work with my clients and their teams to normalise change through developing cadres of specialist people that are informed, educated and prepared to provide a degree of stability in this unpredictable world.
