Coaching and Coaching Abrasive Leaders: As a leadership coach, Pam supports managers who want to be crystal clear in their thinking and who need to more effectively communicate difficult messages. This includes coaching managers who are seen as abrasive and whose behaviors have to change for them to be successful. The process includes interviewing colleagues and giving 360 feedback to the abrasive leader.

One of Pam’s specialties is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Participants in her workshops often say they learned a lot about themselves, their colleagues and even their families – and they had fun learning.

Accountability and Stress: Pam works with leaders to create a culture of accountability where clear requests and commitments are made and the “I’ll try” trap is avoided. She facilitates team accountability workshops that speed up team results and help team manage being overwhelmed and over-committed and able to sustain a high level of performance over a long time (vs. burning out from over working).
