Starting with my first summer job as a teen, I observed the enormous impact the quality of leadership can have on an organization, its people, and its mission. I know for sure I’m not the only one who has dealt with an unconscious or unskilled boss! The toll on morale, motivation, and productivity for both the leader and the team can be immense.

Today, drawing on years of building, leading, mentoring and coaching leaders and teams around the world as an executive leader, organizational consultant, and leadership coach, I partner with leaders to build competence in the areas of executive presence, systems thinking and strategy, relationship and cultural intelligence, personnel/team optimization, personal organization and work-life integration.

I have held the top executive position for five organizations in Haiti, Senegal and the United States, consulted for organizations in the areas of program development, organizational restructuring, and curriculum development and training in the US, Southeast Asia, West Africa, Tunisia and Afghanistan, managed/mentored more than nonprofit 50 teams in 16 countries, and coached dozens of leaders in the for-profit and non-profit sectors..
