What Would You Do If You Knew You Couldn’t Fail? The Only Things You Have To Lose…Fear, Anxiety & Stress.No one picked me, ‘the dork’ to be on their team at recess. My mother, Life Time Achievement Award winner & Hall of Famer in the Olympic sport Table Tennis, taught me how to view things thru the lens of my strengths. Movement was always easy for me in Theatre/Musical Theatre. By reframing sports movements as choreography, this Ugly Duckling (‘dork’) blossomed into a Swan: Varsity for the #1 College Tennis team, ASU & now am a USPTA Elite Tennis Pro. Also trained as a professional actor w/an MFA in Acting from The Yale School of Drama, I’ve worked with greats, like Barbra Streisand. Member of the National Speaker’s Assoc., I’m also an accredited World Class Speaking Coach, helping clients fearful of public speaking, craft/deliver their message, so they show up at their best & actually enjoy connecting with the audience. As an “Inner Game Coach,” I speak (give keynotes), consult & write on how to move from fear of public speaking to enjoy connecting with the audience; how to eliminate or reduce stress in one’s life; & help athletes in any sport “create the zone,” and bypass any sense of fear or anxiety, so they can play even better when competing, than when practicing.

To pay off student loans, I worked for a major sales/marketing Fortune 500 co, making “President’s Club.” When 2 of my sales colleagues died from heart attacks the same year, I opened the next chapter of my life & got my MSW at NYU, with a focus in stress management & work/life balance. After 9/11, I was brought into Metro NY companies to do on-site training (i.e., Deloitte and Touche) with stress management. To cast a wider net, I got an Advanced Certification in Personal & Executive Coaching from The College of Executive Coaching & became an ICF Coach. I serve as an “Inner Game” Coach, helping clients with career transition, where they can find their true calling, and use “motivated skills,” in feeling fulfilled & aligned with who they are.
