I would never have thought I had the courage…

Courage is that thing that so many of us associate with our heroes, but I believe it applies to any of us who are sincere about making a positive change in our career and life. We take that first critical step toward the goal…and helping you to make that change is what coaching is all about.

I became a career coach because of my passion for helping anyone in the midst of career challenges and choices, because I’ve been there too. My mission is to support you through it all to attain well beyond what you ever thought possible in your career and life.
In my career, I found the courage to enter the corporate world of technology which I loved and saw transitions there too…from the mainframe to the cloud. I learned that adaptability and strong focus were essential through the change process. Worked my way up from a Project Manager to a Senior level Director. It took courage…to go from solving technical issues to solving complex project, people, and strategy issues. And then it all came to an end.
Once again, courage was needed to find my way into a new phase….as a certified ICF coach, specializing in careers. I went back to school and got a Master’s in Executive Coaching and Org Effectiveness. Opened my business…UP Coaching LLC: Unlimited Potential Coaching.
