Lizzie is an experienced business leader, facilitator, coach and coach supervisor who helps leaders be the best that they can be.Lizzie brings 20 years’ of previous work experience in several global organisations, including Diageo and Britvic, where she worked in senior marketing and HR leadership roles. Lizzie has over 2000 hours of coaching experience drawn from 20+ business sectors in the UK and globally. She works with board, executive and senior leaders both one to one and in teams and groups to support them to lead themselves, lead others and lead their businesses. Typical areas that her clients explore with her include identifying purpose and values, developing authentic leadership style, enhancing executive presence and confidence, female leadership, managing personal and professional change, building resilience, developing effective stakeholder relationships, influencing others and dealing with conflict. Lizzie works regularly with a coach supervisor to reflect upon her practice. She invests in her own development to ensure that she is continually learning.

• MSc Organisational Psychology
• Qualified in: Strengthscope, OPQ32, MBTI Step 1 and 2, Hogan, TKI
• Foundation in Supervision (Bath Consultancy)

Lizzie builds strong and trusting relationships with her clients and offers a safe space within which they can think freely, explore their limiting mindsets and focus on their strengths. Her style is professional, warm and supportive, combined with challenge and tenacity to enable them to achieve their goals and create sustainable change. She uses several models and frameworks from her business and coaching careers such as TA, CBC, Gestalt, Solutions Focus and Neuroscience.

Outside of work Lizzie lives with her family in Twickenham and enjoys running, ski-ing, good wine and travel. She has embarked upon a project to complete all the parkruns in Greater London, of which there are 61 (51 done!).

Rate: $250-499 per hour
