Communication, Leading with Compassion and Purpose Driven CoachPeople who seek me out as a coach are individuals who are entrepreneurs, business owners, fellow coaches, creatives such as writers who are looking to challenge themselves to grow to the next level of their life and/or business. I offer individual, mastermind/group coaching programs for my clients. Mastermind/group coaching programs are 12 weeks in length. These are virtual programs where we meet weekly and there is also a support group they can participate in where they can post ideas and questions in between the calls.

I also offer coaching/training events to companies where I focus on the customized needs of the company. Whether that is working one-on-one with their management team or offering group coaching with a focus on the area of their choosing (communication, problem-solving, retention, change management). This can all be done virtually, in a group setting or individual. My current format is Zoom and I also have online courses.

Coaches who seek me out are those who are ready to bump up their business to the next level. They may be struggling with who their niche should be. They may be looking for someone to bounce ideas off of. They may be looking for a support group or a group they can look to help them stay accountable. I offer individual and mastermind/group coaching for coaches and yes they have a support group to help them with their ideas and questions. A little bit about who Judy Micale is: I love creating unique coaching programs for individuals and groups. I am a best selling author on Amazon, I am also a full-time caregiver to my mom who has lived with me for the past six years and is a pistol to have around. I am truly blessed to have her in my life. I love working with people who are ready to explore new ways to look at things. I believe we can all grow together and we are always learning and growing as individuals.
