My highly successful career as a corporate c-suite executive and business owner includes experience in healthcare, wholesale, retail, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, communications, technology, advertising, and academia. This diverse experience equips me to ask the questions that business leaders need to answer to reach the next level of performance.

I have been in senior executive and officer roles for over 20 years. In both corporate and professional organizations, I have led teams and mentored individual managers to success. I have guided several Fortune 500 companies through both financial and cultural turnarounds by leading initiatives to expand the organizations’ impact in their industry, increase sales, and improve margins. I also have extensive merger and acquisition and post-merger integration experience.

I hold a BA in Organizational Effectiveness from DePaul University and MS in Management and Organizational Behavior (Organization Development concentration) from Benedictine University.
