Jenn brings a passion for supporting organizations, teams and coaching in building their own coaching capacity. Author and thought leader in the area of group & team coaching. Prism award recipient.I founded Potentials Realized in April 2004, and since that time have worked with hundreds of individual, group and team coaching clients. I specialise in three main areas:
* Leadership Coaching (particularly with team leaders, virtual leaders, and global leaders)
* Team and Group Coaching
* Mentor Coaching and Business Coaching for Coaches

I am the author of Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2009) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013), and have had the opportunity to train hundreds of coaches in the last decade in group and team coaching processes. My experience in these areas leverages the skills developed in the first part of my career. For more than a decade I was a Program Manager and Director with the United Nations system and Canadian and British NGOs. I was primarily based across Central and South America, the Caribbean (with responsibilities for the OECS) and in Europe.

* Group and Team Coaching Skills Training for Coaches and Leaders through the ICF CCE approved Group Coaching Essentials teleseminar (8.75 CCEs), the Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum (virtual – 10CCEs)
* Mentor Coaching support to groups of coaches
