Delphine Parmenter is a credentialed executive coach specialized in partnering with senior leaders to explore their communications, leadership and strategic challenges. With extensive international business experience in Asia, Europe and North America, Delphine accompanies millennial leaders, cross-functional teams, women in leadership and C-suite executives to navigate change in a fast-moving business environment. French by birth, Delphine grew up in the United States and works in both French and English in Europe and Asia between her offices in London and Singapore.

Her coaching practice focuses on professionals achieving their leadership goals while deepening knowledge of themselves and discovering more profound ways of working with their teams. Delphine supports both individuals and groups to reflect, expand possibilities, and develop actionable outcomes. A mindfulness practitioner, Delphine incorporates breathing techniques so the coaching experience is grounded in the present moment.

Delphine started her career in consumer goods marketing and advertising. That led her to teaching strategy and customer-centricity to corporate clients before broadening her focus to personal and leadership development. Formally the Executive Director of the INSEAD Global Leadership Centre and Program Director at London Business School, Delphine has 25 years’ experience working with leading pharmaceutical, consumer goods, industrial clients and professional service firms, to enhance learning and ignite organizational transformation. Delphine is a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching, at Harvard Medical School and a board member of the International Coach Federation Singapore.
