As an ICF certified coach, I bring 30 years of professional experience — in coaching, human resources, training, consulting, and management. Having worked in traditional corporations, not-for-profit organizations, governmental entities, and as an entrepreneur, I have conducted over 400 hours of life, academic, professional and executive coaching.

I have also completed over 200 hours of formal coach training through recognized ICF training programs. I bring a high tech / high touch approach to each coaching relationship — to ensure that each coachee attains his or her goals, and to empower him or her to navigate decisions more confidently.

Through coaching, individual retreats and/or group retreats, I will walk with you as reflect on where you are today, release on what holds you back, and reclaim YOU — and the life that YOU choose to live.
