Areas of expertise

I am a mentor coach who has successfully helped my client attain ACC, PCC, and MCC credentials. I have been a mentor coach since 2010 and a 100% credential rate. I do not run template programs for coaches, I tailor the path you, your style, and identify with you areas we should highlight in our work together. It is bespoke mentoring.

I have worked with clients where our primary topic was their career and clients who focused on their personal lives and managing anxiety and/or depression. Regardless of initial concern, I have found that inevitably we work on more than one area of their life. Having a coach who is well rounded and agile is a good answer for your complex life. Given my understanding of this, I’d prefer to say I have expertise in living well.
