KTA stands for Knowledge, Transferred and Applied. The philosophy is really to emphasize on the daily exercise of knowledges acquired and really turn them into powerful tools. Ann strongly believes that, through constant coaching and follow-ups, an individual can then really apply what they have learned.

Ann is a Professional Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation (ICF), she has accumulated over 500 hours in coaching hours. Her clients range from F&B, Wine & Spirits Industries, Event company, Cosmetic company, Heavy Industry, Luxury Goods, and Startups. Ann covers topics on Leadership Coaching, Communication and Cross-functional issues. These topics can be carried out in One-on-One format or Team Coaching.

Prior to establishing KTA, Ann was a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience in Training and Development. She is one of the few people in Taiwan covering not only HR in general, but with a strong focus on Sales Development. She has worked for Philip Morris International and Japan Tobacco International (JTI), the 2 major companies that run on a large scale of sales operation. Ann would later go on heading the Sales T&D function in JTI, managing a sales group of 100+ people for change management and talent development.

Ann is one of the directors in ICF Taiwan Chapter. She has a Master degree in HR from National Central University which is one of the top ranked universities in Taiwan for HR faculty. She also holds Business Commerce Degree with major in Accounting from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto.

Rate: $150-249 per hour
