Actuary by training, I have more than 25 years of experience in communication and marketing. With my firm THEMA Strategies, since 2007, I have realized more than 225 strategic mandates – communication, branding, marketing, organizational development and governance within 95 organizations.

Since 2020, I have worked exclusively in communication, governance and leadership through coaching as well as workshops and training. My clients once again come from diverse backgrounds – professionals, executives, self-employed workers, entrepreneurs as well as some athletes and artists.

The way I live my life and run my business is rooted in the same intention: I work, play and give to people who believe that we need to do better – for ourselves, our teams, our families and our communities.
