Certified by the ICF at the Professional Certified Coach level, Lise does not use standard models but develops bespoke solutions for every client drawing on a variety of approaches such as via coaching, Lean, Agile and Scrum, non-violent communication, implicit memory, art, music, and movement. Her philosophy is about integration of work and life, courageously designing the life you want, not the one others want you to live.

A globally acclaimed Executive Coach, she has held Chief of Staff positions in the President and CFO/COO offices at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and led the creation of EBRD’s first-ever Organisational Design function. Prior to that, she worked as Economist and Banker. Furthermore, she is Board Director for Thought Leadership with the UK Chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Currently, Lise is the owner of ProFound Consulting, a start-up that focusses on change for a more sustainable and inclusive world. Her jewel piece is the School of Change coach certification programme in addition to the consultancy, training and coaching she provides to organisations and individuals.

Lise was born in France, raised in Germany and subsequently lived in Russia and the UK. Currently, she lives in Switzerland with her husband and their three children where she enjoys hiking and cycling in the mountains.
