Executive coaching is about helping clients enhance their emotional intelligence and maximize their leadership skills to better serve their organizations while balancing a full personal life.I specialize in communication and executive-presence coaching. This means that I work with clients to improve their communication skills along with the personal impact they create with their presence. We achieve this by developing authentic communication and performance skills.

Additionally, I am an experienced ADHD coach for older teens, college students and adults. Clients that need ADHD coaching can expect to work with me on awareness and strategies to manage their individual executive function deficits and design action plans to help them achieve their individual goals.

Rate: $150-249 per hour
