Master Certified Coach Kim Morgan is founder and MD of Barefoot Coaching.

Based out of London and Derbyshire Kim has been a coach for over 25 years and her company has trained thousands of coaches.

Kim was one of the UK’s first executive business and personal coaches, who has pioneered and led externally certified University masters level postgraduate awards in coach training since 2001. She is author of The Coach’s Casebook – Mastering the Twelve Traits that Trap Us and a monthly columnist for Psychologies Magazine.

Kim is a sought-after conference speaker on all aspects of coaching and coach education, leadership, psychology and change management. With over 25 years’ experience of people development, across all sectors of public and private business, Kim draws extensively on her experiences of what universally works to make great leaders, successful individuals, successful teams, outstanding organisations and brilliant coaches.

As well as Barefoot Coaching Kim’s been a founder member of other companies over the years, including Next Generation Coaching: a unique and ground-breaking coaching programme for parents of young children. The programme was so successful that Dame Kelly Holmes chose to work with it as a parent coaching expert for her Legacy Trust Academy of Experts.

Kim is passionate about seeing coaching used creatively and for good; coaching young offenders, coaching parents and families, coaching women returners from maternity leave, coaching for retirement and mid-life.
