She has contributed to the success of a long list of leaders by leveraging coaching and counseling skills, science-backed assessment tools, and business acumen. Katie is one of an elite group of coaches certified by the International Coach Federation. Currently certified at the Professional Coach Certification (PCC) level. Katie holds two Masters’ Degrees, in Social Work and Business Administration.
