My approach is an alchemy of psychology, neuroscience, coaching and mindfulness and it addresses the whole person in their whole life in the service of meaningful and lasting transformation. I utilise my psychology background, coaching and meditation teacher training to find the most useful pathways to explore the presenting issues and to enable the client to move towards their potential.
I work with both individual and teams on a range of issues spanning self-discovery, growth and empowerment, interpersonal relationships, career changes and transitions.
