She often helps executives with corporate presence, personal branding, communications, work-life balance, career transitions, team effectiveness, time management, and/or stress challenges through action plans co-created to benefit themselves and their organizations.

Cheryl has coached more than 300 executives and countless teams throughout her career. Over the last five years, she has accumulated more than 4,000 coaching hours and is committed to her own professional growth and development as a coach.
