I have more than 15 years’ experience in executive roles within an international retail company on local and global level as well as experience of working and living in seven different countries.

I bring my experiences as a leader, expat, employing manager and as HR manager into our collaboration and can offer several different perspectives on international cooperation and global assignments. When I can contribute to as well as stimulate others to develop and strengthen themselves, I feel at my best. I am curious, optimistic, and full of energy and always ready to try something new. I am also result and action oriented to make sure you take steps towards your goal. Running, baking, painting, mountain biking are different activities I try to find time for alone or together with my family. I am originally Swedish and for 10+ years we live in the beautiful Italy so we will meet online. I coach in four languages: English, Swedish, Dutch, and Italian.

Rate: $150-249 per hour
