I am soulful coach and reflective partner who works where relationships intersect with leadership, teams, and well-being to achieve success and fulfillment.

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Accredited Coaching Supervisor and Reflective Practitioner, a skipper, runner and sometimes snowboarder, and take joy in being a deep thinker. I practice using a set of multimodal standards. My work is grounded in credentials and experiences across countries and cultures, and over thousands of hours of client engagement.

Revolutionary visionaries are the founders, boards, public figures, masterminds, and movement & difference makers who are catalysts for the future. They are action-oriented, highly strategic and both burdened and compelled by their commitment to radically shift business and society in service of humanity.

Mindful achievers are senior leaders, change sponsors, and teams seeking to evolve, and thrive as inclusive, confident leaders for everyone. They are faced with polarities, want to challenge their views, adapt to differences in cultural norms, systemic changes, and continue to excel in their professions.

My clients engage in passagemaking to the profound, a trusted and intimate journey through one’s identity, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that leads to significant systemic shifts, deeper connection and alignment, and fulfillment.

Working directly with me, clients strengthen their co-creative capacity, and relational and body intelligences by using metaphor and known and new aspects of their self, movement, and nature.

As I hold the space, create the container, and engage, clients come up with answers.

This immersive work is patient and deliberate, so clients have the space to pause and deepen awareness and ultimately take action toward revelatory results.
