An coach with over 15 years of experience working with clients and organisation who are looking to establish growth and move beyond where they currently are.I am an experienced Coach, Coach educator and Coaching Supervisor. Working in the field of coaching and personal development for over 20 years.

As a coach I have worked across many sectors and with individuals across all levels of a business and enterprise. Working with individuals that have a passion for their own growth and a real desire for the resolution of the challenges they face. Working both face to face and online I have extensive experience of both arenas. Able to offer individual or small group coaching retreats give people a real opportunity to explore what holds them back and how they may want to move forward in their career and their life.

This experience has been mirrored in the work that I have done with teams and organisations.

As a coach educator I have created many coaching and leadership development programmes. These have included the design, development and delivery of end to end coach education programmes either for an internal coaching programme or as an open programme for those wishing to become coaches. I am known for my imaginative and bespoke creation of learning and development interventions for leadership programmes where there is a requirement leaders to develop a coaching or more person centered approach.

I have over 10 years of experience as a coaching supervisor, initially for my own graduates, and now for a much wider cross section of the coaching community.
