I provide Life and ADHD Coaching for those that want to want to overcome obstacles that deserve radical honesty and brave actions. I am here to help people overcome guilt to re-write their life story!Currently, I coach adolescents, parents and professionals from my home in New York City. Since I work with all types of clients, not all of my clients have ADD. But, all of them have goals that are important. I also consult families with behavioral management structures and positive reinforcement skills. I understand what it takes to successfully engage a student and give them hope that there is a path for them. My experience has enabled me to help many parents and students to open themselves up and learn how to create positive pathways.

Because I was diagnosed with ADD when I was in the third grade, I have had the opportunity to establish a rare perspective of its many challenges and the unique ADD learning process. With the help of tutors, coaches and mentors, I have learned to educate and advocate for myself. Throughout my educational experience and career, I have had the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of the services necessary to support students with ADD and their families. I have found that my journey with ADD is always beginning and that I must always maintain positive momentum. I also believe that humor can create positive learning experiences and believe in the foundations of positive psychology. We learn best when we are running towards our goals rather than away from the consequences.
