I do this by creating a safe coaching presence of non-judgment, deep listening, and compassion. Mindfulness, body awareness and dialogue, and positive psychology all play important roles in my coaching style. Having a deep background in the sciences, I stay close to evidence-based methods. And, I bring a broad perspective to the coaching table grounded in the many paths I have walked in life.
