I love working with people’s potentialities and personal challenges. My passion is to accompany them to find their best, what they care about, what makes them happy and effective on their lives.I bring all my skills and experience as an Ontological and Generative Coach, with nearly 2,000 hours of coaching and mentoring. Moreover, I also have been working as a mentor-coach in the worldwide leader ontological school since 2009. Besides, I also work as a consultant and facilitator leader in teachings, trainings and workshops focused on communication for action, coaching, leadership, and human and organizational development.

My core coaching values are care, respect, trust, humanity, kindness, and responsibility. I work to build a connection with my coachees where the learning process can happen in a space of mutual trust, respect and commitment. This makes my coachees feel safe and encouraged to share their concerns and goals deeply. My coaching approach is based in a deep listening, connected with the core issue of what the coachees bring, being able to show my sight about it and help my coachees to reach new perspectives about their future, choices, and ways to deal better with any difficult situation in their lives.
