This passion has led me to a career in coaching, consulting and training, culminating in the launch of my practice, Abilitise, in 2016.

As a professional coach, consultant and trainer, I have worked with over 100 Australian and International companies in a variety of industries to help individuals, executives, teams and businesses be the best they can be.

Over the years I have developed a reputation as a reliable business partner, always delivering on what’s promised and on time. I am known for having a pragmatic yet supportive approach which resonates with clients and helps them achieve whatever they set out to achieve. I am highly adaptable to the needs of the client and build rapport with people at all levels, including executives.

Prior to launching Abilitise, I had a 20 year career working in companies in Australia and overseas across several senior functions including change management, strategy and project management, most recently at Toyota in Australia and Japan. Throughout my career I have honed my skills in training development and delivery as well as strategy development and implementation, and led several multi-million dollar change and business projects.

My professional strengths include strategy design, identifying commercial opportunities, high-level stakeholder engagement and building effective cross-cultural teams.
