I’ve spent over 25 years coaching leaders in my own coaching practice and as a senior executive and consultant at The Capital Group Companies, the former Atlantic Richfield and Deloitte Consulting.My passion for coaching developed from my own leadership journey. As a female executive juggling a demanding career and a busy family, I learned that a fulfilling life is never linear and is best achieved when we adapt to change and continuously revisit our priorities. My purpose now is to be a coach and partner for leaders who are embracing life’s complexity, seeking continued personal growth and striving for that next level of success.

I received my coach training from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, California and am a Professional Certified Coach through ICF. In addition, I hold an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and am a Fellow Member, Institute of Coaching, at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School affiliate.

Rate: $150-249 per hour
