Holistic well-being, peak performance, and self-actualization coach for executives and founders. Kellogg Executive Scholar in Leadership, and Chopra Center Instructor in Primordial Sound Meditation.
I am an NBC-HWC and ICF-PCC executive & leadership development coach with a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, and 20 years of hands-on cross-functional leadership experience in Fortune 100, academia, startup, and international development non-profit space.

As a business professional, I enjoy creating personal, organizational, and ecosystem transformations at scale. My work experience includes strategy implementation, innovation leadership, business development, R&D management, analytical discovery, and product development in B2B, B2C, and government-sponsored programs.

In 2016, my work on creating space for innovation and growth was recognized with the best open innovation program award at the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officers Summit. I also appeared in a documentary movie “Experiment 150.”

As a VP of the Transformation Lab at an international development organization, I lead digital and business model transformation towards new ways of business governance.

I also served as a Member of the Materials Advisory Board at Drexel University, Board of Trustees Member for Arts for The Aging, Advisory Committee Member for TechConnect World, and a grant proposal reviewer for the National Science Foundation.

As a coach, I specialize in holistic wellbeing, peak performance, and self-actualization coaching. My signature skill is uncertainty coaching. When stakes are high, and conventional wisdom is not enough to create the desired shift, I support my clients in seeing clearly through the noise and getting effectively to the heart of the matter. My coaching style is heartfelt, direct, strategic, and transformational.

I recognize that everything flows. What makes the difference in the greater impermanence of life is how we choose to use our energy, where do we focus our curiosity, and what do we look to organize and optimize for. I focus on the growth and nurture of human potential, and I organize for love, wonder, creativity, and joy.
