I am an NBC-HWC and ICF-PCC executive & leadership development coach with a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, and 20 years of hands-on cross-functional leadership experience in Fortune 100, academia, startup, and international development non-profit space.

My work experience includes strategy implementation, innovation leadership, business development, R&D management, analytical discovery, and product development in B2B, B2C, and government-sponsored programs.

In 2016, my work on creating space for innovation and growth was recognized with the best open innovation program award at the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officers Summit. I also appeared in a documentary movie “Experiment 150.”

As a VP of the Transformation Lab at an international development organization, I lead digital and business model transformation towards new ways of business governance.
