I have been an organizational development/effectiveness and talent management leader, consultant, facilitator and coach for over 20 years. I have worked with individuals across the globe helping them develop strategic direction, navigate complex organizations, implement system changes, deliver workforce planning, restructure organizations, improve climate and engagement, develop talent, leaders, and teams, and build self-awareness, confidence, and presence, I am skilled at conflict resolution, performance improvement, process improvement, and creating individual and organizational effectiveness.

I have led teams that partner with others to create individual and organizational effectiveness and that deliver experiential learning remotely, on-line, and in-person. I have experience as a Board Member, President, and now Advisory Board member of an international organization – the Network for Change and Innovation (NCCI) – which helps me to stay on top of global changes.
