I am a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in Executive Coaching and am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation, which is the highest designation in Coaching. This means I am an experienced coach with more than 2600 coaching hours. I am also a Certified C-IQ Coach in Conversational Intelligence®, A Results Certified Brain Based Coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute, and Certified in the eqi 2.0, Emotional Intelligence Assessments.

Additionally I am an ICF Certified Mentor Coach, which means that I coach the coaches. I do Individual and Group Mentor Coaching programs that satisfy the ICF requirements for beginning ACC, ACC renewal, PCC, and MCC. I am the immediate Past President of the Connecticut Chapter of ICF.

I am a change agent who serves the interests of high-potential future leaders to enhance skills, resources, and awareness which lead to successful action and results. I began coaching in 1987 and have coached successful individuals nationally and internationally. I have been a thought partner to many successful individuals over the years.
