Debbie is an executive coach who partners with clients to bring an “extra brain” to a thought-provoking, creative process that helps uncover personal and professional potential resulting in unique pathways to progress.

As an executive coach, she holds an PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and a health and wellness coach with an NBC-HWC credential. She coaches clients representing all levels, all company sizes and a range of industries. Her coaching expertise is in change management situations requiring new leadership, situations requiring greater productivity and with those who have evolving career aspirations.

Some examples of Debbie’s coaching experience: merger situations requiring key executives to adapt to a totally new set of circumstances, helping a new executive manage from a newly created position, coaching a rising executive in a start-up with management changes, working with executives to evolve an existing culture within a financially constrained budget, enabling a rising executive to better perform in a Covid environment, teamwork coaching to achieve new objectives, enabling an equity trader to adapt in a changing market, and working with executives looking for new positions or new careers.

Debbie’s coaching expertise is grounded in an extensive consulting background in marketing communications (ICFNext, Carnegie Communications), branding (Young & Rubicam NY) and research (New Logic Strategies) where she held executive positions. She has worked with a range of well-known global and domestic companies/organizations, from large to start-ups, particularly in these industries: healthcare, financial service, higher education, retail and government.

Debbie holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from University of Kansas and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Princeton University. Her outside activities include: Princeton University alumna, half-marathoner, global traveler.
