Dr Clare, Master Certified Coach, is a global speaker and coach who is passionate about enabling the potential of people and organisations. Her work spans leadership development, coaching and HRD related training, psychometric profiling as well as business and educational consultancy.

Clare has a Research Doctorate from the University of Bath and uses her research and MBA lecturing experiences to complement her coaching ensuring professional, team/organisational development. She has presented at numerous universities including Harvard University, Mansoura University and The University of Manchester. Clare has over 50 published articles, 3 published books and is an Editorial Board Member for the International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching with EMCC.

Clare designs and delivers Leadership Development and Coach Training Programmes accredited and endorsed by ILM, AC and ICF, taking candidates to Certification and individual credentialing.
She is an Organisational and Executive Coach (CPCC with CTI, MCC with ICF, MAC with AC, Master Coach with CoachME), Trainer and Founder of BIZNET and BMC which has OMAC status with AC. Clare experiences includes University Dean, Systems and Executive Coach, Occupational Psychometrist in medical, banking, telecom, oil and gas, education and business sectors globally enabling transformation in people and orgs. Clare is Level A and B with the British Psychological Society.
