I’m Donna Justice. I specialize in in relationship coaching and personal growth. I have over 30 years experience as a professional communicator and leader in nonprofits and higher education. I completed my coach training through UC Davis in 2018, and earned my PCC in February 2021. I specialize in interpersonal communications and coaching in leadership career and relationships. I also coach other coaches in business development.

I have 30 years’ experience as a communications professional and leader in nonprofits and higher education. I have had the great honor to lead many other professionals along the continuum of their careers, from college freshmen interns to peers and C-Suite leaders. We all deserve to have someone in our corner who can help us capitalize on our strengths, navigate difficult conversations and fulfill professional goals. As a mentor, colleague and supervisor, it has been my goal to facilitate growth and happiness in the workplace. I bring this experience and philosophy to my coaching, as well.

I have been married for 29 years, and know how rewarding and difficult and maddening and fulfilling marriage can be. And I believe deeply most of us choose our partner from a place of love and joy, and if we have wandered from that foundation, we just want to find that again. For most of us that is completely possible with a little trust and intention.

And, finally, I have been a parent for almost 28 years and bring to my coaching of parents and young adults a deep empathy for the sorrows and joys that our most important relationship can bring into our lives.

Ultimately, our most important relationship is with ourselves. We can realize our potential, allow ourselves to imagine the life we want to live, and experience fulfilling relationships with loved ones, friends and colleagues only when we are honest about what we want and how we want to show up. This means we need to have the courage to accept and love ourselves.

My job as your coach is to be your champion and partner, to challenge you to dig deeper when necessary, and, most of all, to help you believe in your ability to accomplish whatever you want to accomplish.
Rate: $150-249 per hour
