Danielle coaches people to become clear, confident, and accomplished. Many of her clients are local government professionals, people in career transitions, and women stepping into leadership roles.Danielle Noble began her career as a social worker and non-profit administrator, transitioned to local government where she had a long career in leadership roles, and became a professional coach. For the past two decades, she has modeled intentional and purposeful leadership, acting as a collaborator, facilitator, strategist, manager of exceptional teams, coach and mentor to young adults and professionals, honest communicator, and practitioner of continual improvement. She knows career and life changes personally and as a leader.

Danielle is passionate about personal and leadership development, and about having good days at work and in life. She sees coaching as a partnership to mine for insight and awareness and uses that information in service of transformation. She has a particular knack for helping her clients identify what they want, develop new perspectives, and the steps to take to grow. Her approach is centered on seeing her clients as whole people, deeply listening, gently challenging or pointing out things they may not see, being supportive, and holding them accountable to their goals and action plans. Danielle’s thoughtful, authentic, and caring style builds trust and serves to empower others. Through coaching, her clients become clear and confident and accomplish their goals. People she has worked with have deepened their self-awareness, found their purpose and direction, felt empowered, landed new jobs, and are thriving.

Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women’s Studies from Ithaca College in New York, a Master in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute, and holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. She mentors young adults to become confident, college-bound, and career ready. In support of current and future municipal leaders, she serves as an International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Coach.
Rate: $150-249 per hour
