Using Leadership and vision that is applied to developing strategy for his sales teams to work with and maximise growth around Industry and horizontal focused software technology companies alike. Chris brings a wide appreciation for varied business dynamics into his current role. Having run European teams for major corporates’, run two start ups and worked in the US, brings a wide range of experience to those who he works with.
Chris has run a business coaching company for 5 years, helping IT companies look at channels and go to market strategies. He has managed a number of sales teams internationally and more recently at Salesforce and helped develop careers for FutureForce graduate candidates within his team.
Chris comes from a family background of coaches, where he has developed his passion; based on the Coverdale coaching and has seen how strong coaching of people can help transform companies such as ICI, back in the 1980’s. Chris is also a sports coach (currently coaching junior rugby) and team captain from field hockey, helping in youth development for over 18 years.
