I have an international practice and specialize in coaching CEOs and other senior leaders & leadership teams, physician leaders, physicians and senior administrative leaders in health care, and senior executives in entrepreneurial organizations. I also provide organizational development consulting services in the areas of change management, culture change, climate issues, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness.

Dedicated to the ongoing development of the coaching profession, I also supervise, train and educate coaches.

In addition, I develop and oversee senior leadership development and coaching programs for clients, as well as coaching communities of practice.

Regrading credentials, I am certified at the MCC level with ICF. I am also a certified Coach Supervisor, an ICF Registered Mentor Coach and a certified Mediator. In addition, I am a certified Prosci(r) Change Management Practitioner, I am certified in LEAN principles, administering the MBTI Personality Preference Inventory and The Leadership Circle 360 assessments.

Regarding education, I have a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems and Masters Degrees in Human Development and Organizational Development.
