She developed her skills in the corporate world on both the client and consulting side as a marketing, advertising and brand specialist. She headed Marketing, Account Management and Strategic Planning Departments for brands such as Rogers Cable Advertising, Unilever, McDonald’s, Nestle, Carrier, Coca-Cola, MasterCard and Showtime Satellite Pay TV Network.

Throughout her time in the corporate world, Lucy finds her greatest fulfillment in fostering strong performance in individuals and teams. She listens deeply and establishes a connection early in the relationship. From a place of safety and trust, she brings awareness to what works, what doesn’t work and to facilitate thought-provoking constructive conversations. Lucy strives to deliver learning experiences that move organizations towards change-capability. In so doing, she fosters real conversations that result in consistent, effective and measurable change.

Lucy’s extensive training in co-active coaching, relationship systems coaching and constructive conflict is combined with over twenty-five years as a marketing and branding professional. She is currently active as a Volunteer Mentor for various organizations including Community Innovation Lab (CIL), Women in Leadership (WIL) and Women in Communications and Technology (WCT/FCT).
