In these roles I have assisted in the growth of organisations from start up to maturity, driving business transforming culture change , scale career growth opportunities for skilled professionals across geographies and fostering highly engaged workplaces. I have also consulted on employee engagement , culture and change management. My decision to transition to coaching was enhanced by the many years I had spent in HR and corporate leadership roles, witnessing the transformative impact of coaching in the lives and endeavours of colleagues. I coach people to clarify their life priorities and discern how they can take responsibility for actualising their potential. I also coach executives to improve their leadership, communication, productivity and capacity to be role-models while inspiring agreed values within organisations. I work with clients from various nationalities and that are based in various cities in the world. I coached an Oil and Gas executive transitioning to entrepreneurship, assisting them to confront their anxieties over loosing financial security while envisioning and articulating concrete steps to achieve a fulfilling post employment future. Coached a Small and Medium Enterprise ( SME ) team experiencing lack of open communication. Deployed a psychological safety questionnaire .Coaching the team led to improved overall psychological safety and improved communication within the team. The Team was able to successfully redefine their purpose.
