I am a wife, a mother, and have lived though, and overcome, many of the same life challenges as my clients. Previous to becoming a Certified Professional Coach, I had a thriving career in a large technology organization. I combine my coaching skills and credentials with 30+ years of successful corporate and small business careers, a positive growth mindset, and absolute clarity in my life priorities (faith, family, career). This diverse background and experience have catalyzed my dynamic and unique ability to create trust and connection, accountability with compassion, and activate unlimited possibility to achieve greater impact.

I have been coaching since 2016 and have partnered with individuals, groups and teams from diverse walks of life including entrepreneurs, engineers, directors, managers, and leaders from Microsoft, Boeing, F5 Networks, and many other leading organizations.

My educational background is anchored in Business Administration and Management and I am a StrengthsFinder practitioner. I completed my CPC certification at inviteCHANGE, an ICF ACTP Accredited Coach Certification Training Program, and my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a member of the ICF, ICF Washington State Chapter, the International Association of Women (IAW), and Microsoft Alumni Network.
