Greetings from Lausanne, Switzerland, and thank you very much for your interest in me as your potential, future coach (English, German & Italian) – it is exciting that you are thinking about coaching.In this world of coaching for virtually every aspect of your life, career, relationships, health and well-being it is both imperative and extremely complex to find the right coach for your needs and purpose at any given time. As a profession we can be guilty of trying to be all things to all people.
Alas this “one coach for all your needs” is not me as I have some clear areas of focus to ensure the very best experience for you who give me their greatest gift – Trust.
As your coach, we will develop a relationship to develop the area of your life you want to and most importantly empower you continue this development on your own. Hence, for me the connection between you and me is truly the most important and rewarding purpose of my goals as a coach.
I have been blessed on many occasions by people who have both observed and complimented me on my integrity and ability to generate trust very quickly when connecting with them and I’d like to do the same with you – what about discussing our coaching relationship which is based on mutual trust, openness and shared learning?
The steps can be:
1. I offer you an exploratory ‘chemistry’ conversation to understand your needs/requirements/questions (re content, timing, etc.) and to introduce myself.
2. If we agree to start a coaching relationship, I send you prior to each session a pre-coaching questionnaire with some questions to offer you the opportunity to prepare yourself – filling it in (and sharing it with me) is voluntary.
3. A coaching session lasts 60-90 minutes and can be done F2F, via video or over the phone – you usually commit to some actions at the end and execute them prior to the next session.
4. I send a post-coaching questionnaire with some questions to you – filling it in (and sharing it with me) is voluntary.
5. In-between two sessions I am available for you for a couple of short phone-calls or messages to ensure that you can progress.
