Prior to founding Oppnå® Coaching, Lance served as a Vice President of Human Resources at Medtronic, working in multiple global business units and group functional capacities. Lance helped lead integration efforts with a number of mergers/acquisitions, aligned teams, managed global budgets and organizations, and coached numerous leaders,

Lance’s first experience with executive coaching dates back to 2003, when he personally benefitted from being paired with a coach. Ten years later, Lance volunteered to participate in Medtronic’s inaugural Coaching Cadre, which was based upon the process developed by the internationally recognized, Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).
