But I’m much more – I’m a passionate businesswoman, a pragmatic optimist, a no-nonsense trainer and a transformational coach. More than anything, I’m a true believer in people and their (often unrealised) potential.

I believe that the best part of being in business is the human side of the equation – and I fight hard to help companies and leaders harness the true strengths of their people. It helps everyone do a better job, enjoying and engaging with their work more, which is great for customers and the bottom line! I’ve been doing this work for over 15 years (when a short working holiday in Japan turned into a 3.5-year love affair with workplace L&D) working with Australian and international businesses, multinationals, government, private colleges, RTO’s and small business. I still get a real kick from every opportunity to serve a great company and its’ valued team. It’s pretty simple really – find out what the business needs, find out what their people need to achieve that, and then work out a fast, efficient way to facilitate growth and learning for those who need it most.

As a Coach, I focus on helping the individual transform from the inside out; aligning company goals with individual strengths and building a way forward that achieves organisational AND personal objectives in a meaningful, authentic way. I specialise in helping Leaders learn to get the best from themselves and their people, to create environments in which people can flourish. I use cutting-edge Positive Psychology Coaching and measure both individual and organisational outcomes. I am committed to helping clients and organisations make positive change that sticks – and enjoying a laugh along the way!
