I have a diverse background in behavioral health, fortune 500 companies and academia, which provides me with a unique and rich blend to understand the complexities and dynamics of organizational life. For the past twenty years I have been an Adjunct Professor, teaching both virtually and on campus. Currently, I teach at Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business located in Dallas, Texas. I have served as a board member for International Coaching Federation – N. Texas Chapter and am the author of Virtual Group Coaching: A Research Study which was released in July 2016.
